We had a talk with a local artist called Andrew Bell who also went to Newcastle College. His talk was really interesting. Especially when he was talking about NFT’s and how he can make some money off of them. I think his red guy character is pretty genius too. Something so simple but very recognisable. Kind of proves that everything doesn’t need to be complicated. I like that he makes a lot of frame by frame gifs too. Not a whole lot of local people who make frame by frame stuff. All in all, good to hear about the struggles of working as your own boss and some good advice.
